Shipping and Returns
Any refused or cancelled order that has already shipped will be subject to both destination and return shipping fee. Orders on non-deliverable packages will be canceled upon receipt and subject to both destination and return shipping costs.
Any damaged package should be refused or returned to the shipper immediately. Please notify us with specifics and a new shipment will be expedited.
We do not ship internationally. If you choose to use a freight forwarder to deliver, you (or the freight forwarder) become the exporter of the product. We will not be responsible for damage or loss that occurs to goods after they are received and shipped by the freight forwarder. Likewise we will not be able to refund or address any issues with quality, once the shipment has left the country.
We want you to be very happy with your purchase.
If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, you may return them for a full refund. Please alert customer service that you are returning an item.
Refunds will be issued only for products returned in the original container. When returning an item, please include your invoice or a note with your name, telephone number and address. So that we can better understand your needs and to assist in improving or developing new products, we request that you provide us with a short explanation of the reason for the return. You may choose to either have the refund credited to your account or we will send you a check by mail.
Returned items must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase.
Please be advised that if the returned items do not meet the above stated criteria, a refund will not be issued, nor will the returned items be reshipped to you.
